STRICTLY SPEED – Youth & High School Training

Unlock your speed. Transform your game.

STRICTLY SPEED is a high-energy, results-driven speed & agility program built for youth and high school athletes who want to get faster, move sharper, and dominate their sport.

Athletes will train like sprinters while moving like game-breakers — developing explosive acceleration, clean sprint mechanics, quicker feet, and total-body power. Every session is fast, focused, and designed to build confidence and competitive advantage.

Perfect for athletes in: lacrosse, soccer, football, basketball, softball, baseball, field hockey, and any sport where SPEED matters.

Athletes will improve: First-step explosiveness, Lateral quickness & agility, Top-end speed, Sprint form & efficiency, Balance, strength, and coordination

No fluff. No wasted reps. Just elite movement training that helps athletes run faster, move smoother, and play with NO FEAR.

Saturdays: Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar

Group Sessions Only

Linear speed and speed off of change of direction.

Small-sided play = more reps, faster decision-making, and tons of fun
