No Fear personal training programs are based on assessments, feedback and accountability of clients and trainer. With private one on one training, the workouts are specifically customized just for you or your child. Semi-private training includes all the benefits of private sessions with the included benefit of a motivating atmosphere and more affordability. We encourage and educate clients to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle, while keeping workouts fresh and fun.

NO FEAR KIDS CLASSES
Ages 4-5 years old~ Children will build confidence by using various locomotor skills, creative movement, and tumbling. The classes will also teach them organized games by incorporating basic sports skills, drills and obstacle courses which focus on teamwork, sportsmanship and hand eye coordination. Ages 6 and up~ Children will learn fundamentals and basic rules of different sports including catching, throwing, kicking and striking in a very fun way. The class will incorporate teamwork and sportsmanship as well as fitness, strength, conditioning, and agility through various drills, obstacle courses and organized games while learning the importance of stretching and injury prevention.
