Tim is a certified trainer, coach & teacher. With over 15 years of experience, he has extensive knowledge working with athletes of all performance levels and ages. Tim specializes is in speed and agility and strength training. His passion for coaching and attention to detail has helped those he works with reach their athletic goals. 

Tim provides clients with a well-designed training program based on sound principles. The mission is to minimize risk of injury and maximize client goals while creating a training environment that continually challenges clients physically and mentally. He preaches to his athletes and fitness clients “confidence is everything and don’t let fear become your limits”.

Thai Conner

Thai’s background is in Physical Therapy, she holds a PTA license in New York and is a Certified Speed and Agility Trainer. She has over 13 years of experience with outpatient, inpatient, sports care, and post-op rehab.

At No Fear Training Thai provides services as a Certified Trainer. With her extensive knowledge of all aspects of anatomy (muscular skeletal system, cardio-respiratory system, nervous system), body mechanics, physiology, and kinesiology, she assesses client’s individual needs and impairments. Finding muscle imbalances and pinpointing weaknesses, allows trainers to more effectively design a program to increase strength and stability, and improve muscle balance for maximum performance.

This offers a very unique checks and balances to the overall fitness of all of our clients.

I am a former Division II baseball player with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science. With a background in competitive athletics and a deep understanding of human movement, I have dedicated my career to helping others achieve their fitness and performance goals. I have extensive experience in personal training, working with individuals of all backgrounds—whether they’re looking to improve athletic performance, recover from injury, or enhance overall health and wellness. My approach combines scientific principles with practical experience, ensuring that each client receives a personalized, effective training program tailored to their unique needs.

 

Maddie Lyle

Lacrosse Performance Coach

Maddie is a dedicated student-athlete currently in her junior year at Wofford College in South Carolina, where she competes as a starting defender on the Division I lacrosse team in the Big South Conference. A versatile player, Maddie has experience both in defense and midfield, contributing significantly to the Terriers’ competitive edge.

Before college, Maddie was a standout three-sport athlete at Somers High School, excelling in soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. She earned numerous accolades on the lacrosse field, including recognition as USA Lacrosse Magazine’s Northeast High School Player of the Week, twice named a “Notable Player” by US Lacrosse, and honored as a Brine All-American. Maddie was also a consistent presence in Westchester’s elite lacrosse circles, receiving honors such as Journal News/Lohud Elite 11, All Section, and All League. She played club lacrosse for Prime Time.

At Wofford, she is a Sociology and Anthropology major with a minor in Education and has earned Dean’s List recognition for her scholastic achievements.

KELSEY MCDONNELL

Lacrosse Performance Coach

Hi! My name is Kelsey McDonnell, and I'm excited to offer lacrosse lessons to help players take their game to the next level. I played Division 1 lacrosse as a midfielder at Virginia Commonwealth University where I accomplished being named to the A10 All- Rookie team, All-Atlantic 10 second team, 5th all time in points and goals, and 7th all time in draw controls. I developed a passion for the sport through years of dedication and competition. Before college, I played at Yorktown High School and various select teams in the area where I was named an All- American. I'm thrilled to work with aspiring players, share what I've learned, and help build strong and confident athletes on and off the field.
