PROGRAM OVERVIEW

We are offering small group dodging and shooting sessions focused on developing confidence, decision-making, and game-speed execution.

Players will be grouped based on experience to ensure the best possible training environment.

📅 Days: Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Time: 7:00 PM
📍 Location: Yorktown & Purdys, NY (Indoor & Outdoor)
Session Length: 60 minutes

👥 Who: Girls – Middle School & High School

COACHES

Train with current & graduated college athletes and professional trainers

  • Coach Sydney – University of Notre Dame

  • Coach Tim - Speed Specialist
