No Fear Training’s Speed & Agility Program is designed to help athletes become faster, more explosive, and more confident in game situations. Led by Coach Chris Bon Tempo, sessions focus on movement training that directly translates to lacrosse performance.

Athletes will work on:

  • Acceleration & sprint mechanics

  • Explosive first-step quickness

  • Agility & change of direction

  • Footwork & balance

  • Reaction training & competitive movement drills

  • Game-speed athletic development

This program is built to complement our lacrosse skill training and help athletes improve the speed, coordination, and movement needed to perform at a higher level on the field.

Coach Chris Bon Tempo

Coach Chris Bon Tempo is a Speed & Performance Specialist with experience in athletic development, speed training, and movement performance. His sessions focus on helping athletes move more efficiently, develop explosiveness, and build confidence through high-energy, game-focused training.
