High-rep, high-intensity lacrosse training designed to help players improve dodging, shooting, confidence, and game-speed decision making.

Days: Tuesdays &/OR Wednesdays
Time: 7:00 PM
Session Length: 60 minutes
Start Date: June 16th (Tuesdays: 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21 Wednesdays: 6/17, 6/24, 7/1, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22)
Locations: Somers Sports Arena (indoor) OR Purdys, NY (outdoor)
Training Format: Indoor and outdoor groups
Who: Middle school and high school girls
Players will be placed into groups based on experience level to create the best training environment and maximize reps.

We offer multiple training options to fit your summer schedule while allowing players to train consistently and improve.
1 Day Per Week (6 Weeks)

Attend either Tuesday or Wednesday or BOTH each week.
2 Days Per Week (Full Program)
$850
Attend both Tuesday and Wednesday each week.
Best value for players looking to maximize reps and development.
4-Session Package
$320
Use any 4 sessions throughout the program.
Ideal for families with travel or busy summer schedules.

Step 1: Complete the Placement Form
Fill out the placement form so we can learn more about the player’s age, grade, experience, and schedule availability.

Step 2: Receive Group Placement
No Fear Training will review the form and place players into the appropriate training group and location.
Step 3: Register & Secure Your Spot
Once placement is confirmed, you’ll receive registration details to lock in your spot.

Girls Youth Defensive Training Grades 4-8th
Players can sign up for this focused defensive training either as a standalone session or an add on before Wednesday’s Dodging & Shooting session.
This session is designed for youth players looking to improve footwork, defensive positioning, 1v1 technique, stick skills, and confidence on defense.

Time: 6:00-7:00 PM (Dates: 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21)
Location: Purdys, NY — Outdoor
Best For: Youth players looking to build strong defensive fundamentals
